Ben Cohen is a commercial Solicitor at Mukushi Legal. Ben’s qualifications include a Juris Doctor with Distinction from RMIT and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Whitecliffe College of Art and Design, New Zealand. He is a Legal Practitioner and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Ben specialises in both litigious and non-litigious areas of commercial law, corporate finance, private wealth structuring, commercial property, franchising, tax and equity. Ben regularly assists clients with RTO sales, purchases and audits.

A former Magistrate, Rohit Malhotra has spent more than 20 years in the law. Rohit has held senior positions in both government and private practice.
Rohit acts as Special Counsel to Mukushi Legal where he brings his considerable experience to Civil and Criminal Litigation, Higher Education, RTO matters and Commercial legal strategy.
